Measure an Existing Ring
- Choose a ring that fits comfortably on the intended finger.
- Place it flat on a ruler and measure the inside diameter across the centre.

Measure Your Finger with Paper
- Cut a thin strip of paper (about 5mm wide) or use a piece of string.
- Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger — not too tight, not too loose.
- Mark where the paper overlaps with a pen.
- Lay the strip flat and measure the length in millimetres — this is your circumference.
- Enter the circumference in the calculator to get your UK size.

Tips for an Accurate Fit
Measure your finger at the end of the day when it is warm — fingers are smaller in the morning and in cold weather.
Avoid measuring when your hands are cold, as fingers can shrink by up to half a size.
If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size in between.
For wider bands (over 4mm), go up half a size — wider rings fit more snugly than thin ones.
If you are between sizes, always size up for comfort, especially for rings worn daily.
Your dominant hand is typically half a size larger than your non-dominant hand.
