How is my order shipped?

All UK orders are shipped free of charge, fully insured for the full value of the piece, and require a signature on delivery. We use tracked, next-day courier for ready-made pieces dispatched from our Blantyre atelier.

How long does delivery take?

Ready-made pieces in stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive next day in the UK. Bespoke and custom-made pieces are made to order — your jeweller will confirm the timeline at consultation, typically 4–8 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide with fully insured, tracked couriers. International shipping costs and duties vary by destination — contact us with your address for a precise quote before ordering.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order page using your order reference and email.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Every shipment is fully insured from our door to yours. In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, we will replace or remake your piece at no cost to you. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I collect my order in person?

Absolutely. You are welcome to collect your piece from our Blantyre atelier by appointment — we will arrange a handover and, if you wish, a final fitting or polish before you leave.

Can I resize my ring?

Yes. We resize most rings purchased from us free of charge within the first year. Most engagement rings and dress rings can be adjusted by several sizes. Some designs — such as full eternity bands or tension-set rings — cannot be resized but can be remade to your correct size.

How long does resizing take?

Standard resizing usually takes 5–10 working days. More complex adjustments, or pieces requiring remaking, may take longer. We will confirm the timeline when you bring or send the ring in.

How much does resizing cost?

Resizing is free for the first year on rings purchased from Jewellove. For rings purchased elsewhere, or after the first year, a modest fee applies depending on the metal, complexity and size change — we will always quote before any work begins.

How do I find my ring size?

Use our online Ring Sizer tool, request a free ring sizer by post, or visit us in Blantyre for an accurate professional measurement. We recommend measuring at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest for the most comfortable fit.

Can you resize a ring I bought elsewhere?

Yes. Our master jewellers can resize most rings regardless of origin. Bring it in or send it by insured post and we will assess it, quote the work, and carry out the resize with the same care we apply to our own pieces.

What if my ring needs resizing after the first year?

We are happy to resize Jewellove rings beyond the first year for a small fee. Many customers return to us years later for resizing — your ring is part of the Jewellove family for life.

How does the bespoke process work?

It begins with a private consultation — in person at our Blantyre atelier or online. We discuss your vision, budget and timeline, then our master jewellers create design sketches and a quote. Once you approve the design and deposit, we source your stones, craft the piece by hand, and deliver it ready to wear.

How long does a bespoke piece take?

Typically 4–8 weeks from design sign-off to delivery, depending on complexity and stone sourcing. If you have a specific deadline — a proposal, anniversary or wedding — tell us at consultation and we will do everything possible to meet it.

What is the deposit for a bespoke piece?

A deposit of 30–50% is usually required once you approve the design, with the balance due on collection or before dispatch. Your jeweller will confirm the exact split at quote stage.

Can I bring my own stones or old jewellery?

Yes. We are happy to reset heirloom stones or melt and reuse your old gold and platinum. This is a beautiful way to carry sentiment into a new design — we will assess your stones and metal at consultation and advise on the best approach.

Can I see the design before it is made?

Absolutely. You will see sketches and, where helpful, a 3D render or wax model before any metal is cut. Nothing is made until you are completely happy with the design.

Are bespoke pieces returnable?

Because a bespoke piece is made uniquely for you, it is final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. However, it is covered by our lifetime workmanship guarantee — if any issue arises with the making of the piece, we will put it right.

Do you offer finance on bespoke pieces?

Yes. Our 0% interest-free finance over 3, 6 and 12 months, and longer interest-bearing terms, are available on bespoke pieces as well as ready-made jewellery (subject to status).

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes. Every diamond we sell above 0.30ct is independently certified by GIA, IGI or HRD. The certificate number and grading are listed on each diamond's detail page.

What is the difference between lab grown and mined diamonds?

Both are real diamonds with identical chemical, physical and optical properties. Lab grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment, making them more affordable and fully traceable, while mined diamonds form naturally over billions of years.

Do you offer finance?

Yes. We offer 0% interest-free finance over 3, 6 and 12 months, and longer interest-bearing terms over 24 and 36 months (subject to status). See the finance calculator at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

Ready-made pieces can be returned within 30 days in unworn condition for a full refund. Bespoke and custom-made pieces are final sale.

Is your jewellery hallmarked?

Yes. All precious metal jewellery we make in the UK is hallmarked by an Assay Office, confirming metal purity and origin — a legal requirement and your guarantee of authenticity.

Can I trade in old jewellery?

Yes. Our Trade-In & Upgrade program lets you exchange old gold, platinum or diamonds toward a new piece. Visit our trade-in page for a free valuation.
